Privacy at TeleBill
Effective 10 September 2026
TeleBill provides hotspot billing workspaces to business operators. This page explains the information used to run the platform and its customer access services.
Account and business information
We use business names, contact names, phone numbers, usernames and account details to review applications, provide access, manage subscriptions and help account holders recover access. Email is not required for registration.
Hotspot activity and payments
The service stores plans, voucher and access codes, payment references, amounts, payment status and access history. Depending on the connection, it also processes customer phone numbers, device MAC addresses and network addresses needed to activate or restore hotspot access. Payment authorisation takes place with the customer’s payment provider; TeleBill does not ask for a mobile-money PIN.
Providers and business workspaces
Hotspot operators can connect Dalipay and supported SMS providers. Relevant payment or message information is sent to the provider selected for that business. An operator’s authorised staff can access information permitted by their role. Platform owners can assist a business through an identified support session; platform actions are recorded.
Cookies and security records
Sign-in cookies keep account sessions working. Customer portal storage can retain access information to help reconnect. Security and operational records help prevent unauthorised access, diagnose failures and reconcile transactions. The marketing website does not include advertising trackers.
Keeping and correcting information
Account and transaction records are retained as needed to operate the service, reconcile payments and resolve support or billing issues. Contact your hotspot operator about customer access records. Business account holders can contact platform support to request correction, access or deletion, subject to records that must be retained for an applicable obligation or unresolved transaction.
Contact
Customers should use the support contact on their hotspot portal. Business administrators can use Help in their workspace.
